In 1985, during my junior year at college, I started my career in insurance. After my graduation from Taylor University in 1986, I initially worked selling only life insurance. By 1989, when Lauber Group was formed, I had diversified into all lines of insurance. In 1996, I became the sole proprietor of Lauber Group, Inc. I am very proud of the staff that we have assembled & enjoy the work environment that has been established. My wife Julia & I live in Archbold. My family & I enjoy church & school activities, boating, golfing, traveling, relaxing at our lake cottage & spending time with family & 4 grandchildren.

I joined the Lauber Group team in February 2001 & acquired my Ohio Property & Casualty License shortly thereafter. I really enjoy getting to know new customers & finding out how we can provide the best possible policies for the best possible price. I live in Archbold and enjoy spending time with my kids & grandkids, walking, reading and time outside.

I became a member of Lauber Group in February of 2020, but my insurance career began in 1993. It’s a perfect fit to my commitment to helping others by providing personal service while ensuring you are properly protected. Writing & servicing home, auto, umbrella, boat & motorcycle policies are my primary responsibilities. I live in Archbold with my wife, Stephanie, and our daughter. I enjoy serving at Lockport Mennonite Church and love a variety of activities like golf, softball, fishing, biking, hiking & working outside.

My insurance career started at Lauber Group as an intern in the summer of 2020. I continued working in the field as a college student and returned to Lauber after graduating in 2021. My goal is to give businesses access to big-city companies with our small-town service. My wife Constance and I have one daughter and enjoy anything outdoors.

I joined Lauber Group in January of 2018. I am happy to help our personal lines clients with their policies and also provide the best service I can during the unfortunate event of a claim. I am also a Notary Public. My husband Randon and I live in Archbold. Out of the office, I love spending time with my nieces and nephews, a good cup of coffee with friends, trips to see family, and God’s beautiful nature and creation.

I joined Lauber Group in December of 2024 where I obtained my Property and Casualty License, starting my career as a Personal Lines Agent. What I love doing most at Lauber’s is getting to know our existing and new clients while hearing about their personal stories and finding the right fit for their insurance needs. I am an Archbold native and have enjoyed raising our four kids with my husband Keith. I love spending time with my family, making memories around the campfire, baking my famous chocolate chip cookies and vacationing in Michigan.

I joined Lauber Group in July 2002 and semi-retired after 20 years in the commercial lines department. I can now devote more time to your life insurance needs, but still have quality time with our three grandchildren and time to help out on our family livestock and grain farm. Of course, I also enjoy baking, camping, reading, walking and yoga.

I joined Lauber Group in February of 2022. My responsibilities as a licensed Property and Casualty agent include customer service for our commercial lines and farm clients. My husband Aaron and I live in Archbold and have two sons, Spencer and Gabe. I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, reading, walking and traveling.

I became a part of the Lauber Group team in 2023. I assist with personal lines, as well as overflow projects & marketing. I truly enjoy helping people. My husband Jason & I have four children. We live outside of Archbold on our family farm. When I’m not working I keep busy with baking, gardening, helping on the farm, church activities and spending together as a family.

I started my insurance career in 1974 as a Property, Casualty and Life agent in an agency in Wauseon, where I eventually became part owner. I am now retired, working part time with Lauber Group as a Commercial lines consultant as needed. My wife, Joyce and I live in Wauseon. We have been blessed with four children and five grandchildren. I enjoy DIY projects, watching sports and activities of my grandchildren, and church activities.

I joined Lauber Group in January of 1996. My responsibilties are payroll, accounts receivable, and payables. I also help with personal lines and customer care as well. My husband Jon and I live in Archbold and we have one daughter who lives in Grand Rapids, MI. We enjoy spending time together as a family, especially at the lake. We also enjoy walks and spending time with friends.

In March of 2014 I joined Lauber Group. Some of my roles in our office include answering calls, receiving payments, assisting the office personnel with clerical tasks, and helping the office run efficiently. My husband Tim and I live in Archbold with our dog Sami and are blessed to have three children and one granddaughter. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our two married children, Allie and Luke, and our daughter Leah who attends and plays soccer at Taylor University. Other activities I love include: pickleball, going to concerts, hiking, boating at the lake, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
